Return & Exchange Policy

Gemstone Jewelry Overview:

Our refund and return policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item(s), we won’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of items are not refundable:

  • Items customized to your requirements
  • Items with engraving
  • Items damaged caused by your improper use
  • Items losses caused by incomplete delivery addresses.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Please understand we do not accept returns for personalized items. But we generally have a 30 days guarantee policy, during this time period we provide free new replacements (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) of equal or lesser value), and this policy applies to the following conditions:

  1. We sent the wrong order or item(s), customers received broken items, or the quality of the product customers received is damaged/defective.
  1. Customers received the incorrect personalized products: wrong birthstones, wrong names engraved, wrong sizes.

 

Orders for customized products that have already been put into production are also non-refundable, so please contact our customers service or your sales manager for the confirmation of order status.

 

NOT Covered By Our 30-Day Guarantee Police:

Our 30-day guarantee policy does NOT cover the following, and we are not liable for these issues:

  1. Products have been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. These chemicals include but are not limited to, seawater, sunscreen, and perfume. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
  1. Any damage to jewelry caused by neglectful, abusive or natural wear and tear are not covered. Damages, such as hit or knocks is easily found under inspection.

Please follow these terms when refunding:

  • Please get in touch with us at service@rebekjewelry.com first before you request a return/refund.

  • All items that require return/exchange, can only be made once.

  • We reserve the right and complete discretion to disqualify you from returns if the following item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.

  • Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of your use or wear and tear of a product.

  • Customized items, such as changing the main stone / changing side stones / changing the style of the band/engraving on the ring are non-refundable.

  • Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

  • Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.

  • All decisions made by Rebek Jewelry are final.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please check our confirmation email after you placed your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. Please get in touch with us immediately if you find something wrong with your order. 

Otherwise, we do not accept cancellations due to orders being processed soon after you place your order.

 

Shipping Returns 

To return your product, please get in touch with us at service@rebekjewelry.com to get our address.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

NOTICE: Please use a trackable shipping service when you return the item(s), we do not process returns without a tracking number.

 

    Return Policy

    If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we will refund, replace, or exchange any item(s) within 30 days of delivery date.

    • Loose diamonds carry a 3 day return policy from the delivery date.
    • All returned items must be unworn and undamaged in the original boxes along with the original certificates where applicable. There should be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product should not have been altered in any way. Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    • All ORIGINAL diamond certificates (where applicable) and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package missing the original certificate(s) will be charged a fee of $200.00 per original certificate with no exceptions.
    • Rebek Jewelry is not responsible for any packages it does not receive, or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines.
    • Payments received by credit card will be refunded the same way. Payments received by bank wire will be refunded by company check. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after a return is received.
    • Special orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that were requested but are not specifically shown on our website, are non-cancelable and non-refundable items.
    • We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry on our website as close to reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show variations of product colors and details.

    To Return an Item:

    1. First contact us at service@rebekjewelry.com and we will provide you with more details. 
    2. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you.

    International Returns

    Rebek Jewelry extends the same return policy of 30 days on all orders shipped outside of the USA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, VAT and taxes that may be incurred in returning the item(s) back to Rebek Jewelry. We do not accept C.O.D returns.

    If any duties, VAT or taxes were paid to the shipping carrier on receipt of the order, it is the customer's responsibility to contact them to request any refunds.

    In the event a package is refused at customs by the customer, or if a customer is unavailable to accept the package from the shipping carrier and Rebek Jewelry is charged any return shipping charges, duties, VAT or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the outbound shipment and return of the package. This amount will be deducted from the original sales amount when the refund is applied.

    We recommend using UPS or Federal Express to ship the item(s) back to us, however the return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer.
